Stuffing

Oven

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cover pan.
Small pan, heat for 30-40 mins
Large pan heat for 45 mins-1 hour
Remove cover for last 15 mins to brown the top, if desired.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Microwave

Recommended for moister stuffing.
Transfer stuffing to microwave safe container.
Small container ~ heat 4-8 mins
Large container ~ heat 8-10 mins

Sweet Potatoes

Oven

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cover pan.
Small pan, heat for 15-20 mins
Large pan heat for 30-45 mins
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Microwave

Transfer potatoes to microwave safe container.
Heat for 1 minute per pound.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Mashed Potatoes

MICROWAVE

We recommend reheating mashed potatoes in the microwave.
Transfer potatoes to microwave safe container.
Add butter if desired.
Heat for 1 minute per pound, stirring often. Overheating will cause the milk in the potatoes to sour.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container.

Gravy

Stovetop

We recommend reheating gravy in a saucepan on the stovetop.
Place gravy in saucepan. Heat on low, stirring frequently to avoid scorching, until boiling.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Green Beans

Oven

We recommend reheating green beans in the oven to keep from overcooking.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cover pan.
Small pan, heat for 15-20 mins
Large pan heat for 20-30 mins
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Sauerkraut

Oven

We recommend reheating sauerkraut in the oven or on the stovetop in a saucepan.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cover pan.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Small pan, heat for 15-20 mins
Large pan heat for 20-30 mins
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Stovetop

Place Sauerkraut in saucepan. Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently, until liquid boils.
Stir frequently.
Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees in the center of the container. 

Fully-cooked Whole Turkey

Oven

Preheat oven to 325.
Loosen plastic baking bag on cooked turkey.
Leave turkey in roasting pan.
Place the turkey in the preheated oven.
Heat in oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours for 10/12 lb. or 2 hours for 18/20 lb.
Thermometer should be inserted into the high part of the thigh for the most accurate internal reading.
Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. 



Fully-cooked Spiral Ham

Oven

Preheat oven to 325.
Place ham cut side down on heavy duty foil and wrap thoroughly or use oven bag in roasting pan.
Heat Ham for 10-14 minutes per pound.
Meat thermometer should register 140° internal temperature.
